I liked the convenience to all the locations that we visited in the area. The wonderful lady who worked the night shift gave us an amazing uplifting spiritual message with a thank you card! I have never experienced such a personable response from hotel staff before it really touched my heart. Included breakfast was helpful as it's not easy to find an open place to eat early in the morning. Coffee maker in the room along with a fridge and microwave are appreciated features

Excellent location, quite, very clean, plenty of parking space and a very good value. Breakfast was great too. After check in, a staff member called the room to inquire if we are satisfied and do we need anything. That is great customer service.

The breakfast was great and the beds very comfortable. I would like to pay particular homage to the front desk, specifically to a wonderful lady named Sandra. She was instrumental in making our stay comfortable and wonderful. She was professional and personal and saw to our needs with expert and personal care! Hats off to her! I see a promotion in her future!

The hotel was extremely clean. We stayed a few days and had housecleaning come to the room every day which is not common post-Covid. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The location was good, very close to UNCW and even walking distance to some restaurants

Service by all the employees working the front desk, breakfast, and room staff. Breakfast was above average for a standard hotel like comfort inn. My room was quiet. Parking was easy.

Top notch service. Every employee was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The property was super close to the UNCW campus. Easy to find, easy to get in and out, easy parking. There was a nice, simple breakfast included. The price was just right. They had coffee available all day and lemon infused water - nice touch.

The hotel was close to both Wilmington and Carolina beaches, and also had plenty of places to check out and eat close by. There's a bowling alley and pool hall right by the hotel that was so much fun! The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was super comfortable!
